Expert instructor Molly Weaver leads a one-hour workshop for HR managers, recruiters, talent acquisition leaders, small business owners, and anyone who is a part of the hiring process. This workshop will help participants begin to look at talent acquisition from a new perspective. Too often, companies treat talent acquisition as the solution to short-term needs. Learn to think more comprehensively about talent in order to streamline programs, improve retention, and build the talent you need for the future.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will

Be able to think about talent pipelines from entry level and how to build the skills needed for the future.
Be able to recommend / implement changes / updates to educational programs internally (tuition, training) etc. to build future skills in current talent.
Be able to start engaging with potential talent (High school, college students) to build relationships and have them ready when needed.
